Well, well, well, (too many commas?) It's time I announce what I am completely making too big a deal over. Or, maybe not? Like, aren't we always supposed to make a bigger deal out of nothing? Isn't that what the Internet is for?!
IN EARLY JANUARY 2022 I'LL BE RELEASING THE FIRST OF THREE NEW ALBUMS.
Phew. Just feels good to say it out loud, ya know?
It's not you. IT'S ME.
Each album is a collection of stories from the past decade. Some new, some old. Two will have a loose theme and the other one will just be something to put on while you drink and cry and laugh and cry laugh and drink cry laugh drink.
And here's the thing: Writing and performing these stories is probably my favorite thing I've ever done and will ever do! And, that's saying something cause one time I hung out with Mos Def.
Anyway, I'm fucking excited. I've been working on this project since the pandemic started and I couldn't be happier to finally have ducks in a row and start the process. Ducks. Some of these stories are the most personal things I've ever written. Some are outright drunken lies. Who knows the difference?! Not me.
